In 1962, there were three Indigenous teachers (Joe Stanley Michel, Benjamin Paul, and Mabel Caron) at the Kamloops residential school.

By 1973, half the staff was Indigenous along with the principal (Nathan Matthew).

Other than the 215 murders, it was a pretty great school.

Can anyone explain why Muslim men are so obsessed with sex? They apparently think about it non-stop; they claim they must cage their women in yards of cloth so as to be able to function without being overcome with sexual desire. Why are Muslim men so weak?

Western men don’t need to hide from the sight of women’s bodies; Western women lead normal, fulfilling lives, and this is part of why the West is technologically, scientifically, culturally, and morally superior to Islam.

What is the flaw in Muslim men that makes them so incapable of sexual self control? They have had to cripple their entire society because of this weakness, locking women away and preventing them from making any meaningful contribution outside the home. And we see the results. The less self-control that a group of Muslim men have, the more they restrict and abuse women — the worse their societies become.

Look at Afghanistan, for example. Women there are no better than slaves, and the country itself is a hellhole for everyone but the Taliban leadership — all because the men there are apparently such perverts that even the sound of a woman’s footsteps is enough to cause them to lose themselves in sin.

The lesson is obvious: the worse a society treats its women, the more likely that society is to fail.

So why, then, are Muslim men so slow to grasp this concept? What is it that makes them incapable of the self-control which Western men and boys exhibit every day without thinking twice? What is it about Islam that makes men so obsessed with sex that half of society has to hide itself away so that they can function?

It’s bizarre — and frankly, it’s pathetic that grown men cannot take responsibility for their own thoughts and actions.

It’s also beyond hypocrisy for Muslims to lecture Westerners on morality. Your morals are so weak that you use the sight of a woman’s face — the existence of women, and even little girls — as a justification for male sin. Shame on you. Be men. Take responsibility for your own thoughts, and stop acting like a bunch of pathetic children.

Dear Danielle, did you ask Quebecers if they'll consider dropping the equalization program while you were visiting last week?

Equalization is a federal program administered by Ottawa and funded from general federal revenues. These are taxes paid by all Canadians, not direct transfers from one province to another.

But on a net basis, it functions as a massive redistribution: Alberta (a consistent "have" province) contributes far more in federal taxes than it receives back in spending and transfers. Quebec, by far the largest recipient, gets over $13 billion annually, roughly half the total program, while Alberta gets $0.

Very importantly, there is no other equivalent transfer program like this. The Canada Health Transfer and Canada Social Transfer are largely per-capita based and not designed for the same fiscal redistribution.

Claims from Quebec that "in return, they subsidize Alberta's oil industry" are categorically false. Federal oil & gas supports are minimal compared to the scale of equalization, and Quebec benefits from its own massive hydro subsidies and exemptions in the equalization formula itself.

Albertans are simply asking for fair treatment in Confederation. We don't want handouts to any province, we want an end to one-way transfers that ignore resource development realities.

The Government of Alberta now knows that allowing people who had the AstraZeneca shot to take the Pfizer or Moderna shot increased risk of myocarditis by over 1600%. Still no notice from Alberta Government officials to the College of Pharmacy.

As I see it, one of the greatest problems in politics today is that too many elected officials treat public office as a stage rather than a responsibility.

Instead of providing clear leadership, we are subjected to performative nonsense, ideological games, virtue signalling, personal branding, and political theatre.

When everything is performative, it becomes difficult to know where people actually stand. Citizens are left guessing what their representatives truly believe, what principles guide them, and whether they are acting out of conviction or political convenience. When people are constantly guessing, it becomes hard to trust, follow, or hold leaders accountable.

Public office is a position of trust. It carries an obligation to act in the public interest, not personal or political interests.

What we need are adults in the room. Serious people willing to make difficult decisions, solve real problems, manage public resources responsibly, and serve the people who put them there.

Instead, far too often, we see public officials focused on appearances over results, slogans over substance, and self-interest over public service.

All you need to do is look around. Costs are rising. Public trust is declining. Basic services are deteriorating. People are increasingly frustrated and disconnected from the institutions that are supposed to serve them.

That should concern everyone.

The solution is not more performative politics. It is a return to competence, accountability, humility, and genuine public service.

The public deserves representatives who understand that these are serious jobs with serious consequences.

And if those currently in positions of power cannot meet that standard, then it is time for serious people to step forward and replace them.
