Conservatives: If you stand in front of a car it should be allowed to run you over
Also conservatives: If an unidentified agent of the state stands in front of your car, he should be allowed to shoot you to death
Despite how many famous deaths there have been recently you really dont get a lot of famous last words these days so it does feel really special that we got to hear "counting or not counting gang violence"
Every Supreme Court push notification: "The Court disagreed with the President that he could 'kill anyone who looked at him sideways.' However, a 6-3 ruling allows him to kill 'most people' who look at him in 'an askew fashion.'"
Don’t fall for this “bothsidesism” bullshit. It threatens democracy. And yes, it is that serious.
One side is taking a stand against oppression/oppressors. The other side is reinforcing oppression of historically marginalized groups. Stop giving them equal weight.
🙏 COMMUNITY SUPPORT NEEDED 🙏
A College Station family is asking for prayers and support after a sudden medical emergency changed their lives in an instant.
Linda Robertson, a beloved mother, grandmother, and food service worker at Reynolds and Reynolds through Compass Group, recently suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm and subarachnoid hemorrhage. She underwent emergency brain surgery in Houston and is now facing a long road to recovery and rehabilitation.
Her family says Linda is known for her kindness, strength, deep faith, and the way she always shows up for others. Now, they're asking the community to help support her as she recovers and is unable to work.
Funds raised will help with:
❤️ Lost income during recovery
❤️ Medical and rehabilitation expenses
❤️ Travel between College Station and Houston
❤️ Medications and ongoing care
❤️ Household expenses during this difficult time
"We are incredibly grateful she is still with us by the grace of God," her family shared.

Please keep Linda and her family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate the challenging months ahead. 🙏💙
