The good news continues for CA this week with EDGE London Bridge approved at committee. A state-of-the-art, smart building which marks EDGE’s entry to the London market. A 260,000 sq ft tower with 27 floors of office and boasts being the most sustainable tower in London.

Albion Waterside approved at committee this week! 1,500 new homes and over 4,500m2 of commercial space. 65% of the site will be landscaped open space, additional riverside walkway delivered and a shuttle bus service into town to reduce car travel.
