Now have core locked up long term, cap space to make moves, productive farm system and are No. 1 seed in East. Had missed playoffs nine straight years. Now made playoffs eight straight years + won at least one series all eight.

@SBRadio Dundon is 7 for 7 in making the NHL playoffs. That's with the organization missing the previous 9 playoffs. While he has tightened the budget on secondary spending, he's spent to the cap since he took over. Product on ice has improved greatly. Been great in Raleigh.
