We run 4x4 Predictors to learn to run the 400 and to become biochemically tough.

In addition, the "predictor" gamifies the workout.

The predictions are always pretty accurate. Check out our best 450 and 600 4x4 Predictors from last spring.

“In 2022 we shifted to a sprint-based program, our first 10y fly test, our fastest kid ran 1.13. That would rank him 57th on our fly assessment last week. Absolutely crazy to see how the process has evolved!”
