When I decided to STOP my medication in April 2016, everyone around me told me I was crazy, including my medical team.

However it took me 5 years of research, to arrive at that very difficult decision.

Tomorrow is my 8 year anniversary and I am incredibly grateful of how the last 8 years have played out.

Some notable highlights 🏋‍♂️

▪︎ within 28 days of stopping all medications the brain fog started to lift
▪︎ the flu like side effects I was experiencing post injection started to dissappear
▪︎ My energy levels started to lift
▪︎ I started to feel stronger
▪︎ Over the next few years with my new plan my symptoms continued to regress
▪︎ In 2019, at my yearly MRI, I was advised my MS was no longer progressing in my brain(at that time)
▪︎ This is still the case today 🙌

To be clear, my health is my number 1 priority.

Without that I am of little use to anyone.

In 2006 when I got sick, I gave up for 5 long years, it was horrendous.

However something kept flickering in my heart to tell me to keep believing things would improve ✨️

In 2011 I started the personal crusade, determined to change my circumstances.

I figured out along this journey that nobody was going to FIX me, I had to FIX myself 🥑🍅🏊‍♀️🏋‍♂️

It's incredible how powerful this approach to life can be.

I hope my experience gives others that little bit of HOPE ☘️🕊

A surreal couple of days running from @GuinnessIreland Factory in Dublin to @europahotel Belfast. Ended up with 110 miles (few wrong turns) and taking the 2024 Tropy for first person home. This isn't my normal thing, but I do love a challenge and this had it all. Proud moment 🙌
