@virginmedia I have no idea. I have never spoken to the engineer. Or had any explanation as to why they did not attend or try to contact me. I need the internet installed asap to work

@virginmedia No. After several hours. I have been told that the earlier appointee twouod be 28th oct. Bit that would leave me unable to work (as I work from home) for 3 weeks. So as this is virgin that has failed me this is beyond unacceptable
