@cz0rt @BattlefieldComm Honestly if you haven't reached out to support at this point that's kind of on you, its been 3 weeks since they said that they rolled out the rewards to players. I reached out the week after they mentioned rolling out the rewards and I received mine the following week.

@CamPepperr @HelesBestGirl @Battlefield Plus, you are still refunding your pre-order copy. People are complaining about losing out on the pre-order benefits yet they are the ones refunding their pre-order copy. Feels like common sense if you ask me.

And yes the issue was annoying, but on the launch of a game there are always issues due to unpredictable situations that arise.
