On a mission to inspire use of lifestyle medicine before going to the doctors surgery. Stage 4 cancer has taught me that we can reverse chronic illness.

A Sunday morning upper body workout.
A bit of an amateur video...but that's the point. None of this lifestyle stuff needs to be expensive or a new skill learned.

Fat is one of the body’s most basic building blocks. Optimize your fat intake by eating plenty of wild, fatty fish, nuts and seeds, coconut oil, grass-fed butter (or ghee if you’re dairy sensitive), avocados, grass-fed meats, extra-virgin olive oil, and olives.

Or, dare I say it: providing choice through the provision of other service for those who want to/can pay for something that they consider to be different, perhaps better (faster); leaving more NHS resource for others wanting to use the brilliant NHS for what it is great at.
What a distressing story.
What a prospect of horror.
For those able, we need to take responsibility to look after our health before we resort to the doctors surgery. This way we can enable the NHS to eke out its resources to provide treatments where no other option available.

Hilarious must-see video on the weakness of nutritional epidemiology (i.e. science from @HarvardChanSPH) Should be satirical but alas, the foundation of our @usda dietary guidelines! https://t.co/3ozpYHsexZ
@KetoDocCLT @ProfTimNoakes I have a different opinion, based on measuring what is happening in my body: I ate keto for 4 weeks. My cancer marker (PSA) increased by 600%. I reverted to WFPB and it dropped again. I can only think that one diet advice is dangerous. Thoughts?
@TalkmobileUK With the greatest respect, what sort of reply is this? How am I supposed to engage with this? Do you really care? Are you going to do anything about it?
@TalkmobileUK I can access my money from anywhere in the world, ditto my health records, ditto my business accounting software. But I can't access my voicemail. You guys are in the dark ages. I shall be moving to another provider as soon as I am able.
