@TheRealSambora I Think loads of fans actually do still care to know your side of the story, without having to be politically correct. Actually the greatest thing would be you and Jon in a room just answering each other questions, air it on Instagram live, hundreds of thousands will tune it.
@TheRealSambora Noone here but him has any idea what really happened, and what entails to be in that band on the daily for 30 plus years….Ours could only be assumptions or guesses, very likely 90% of the truth has never been told publicly.
@TheRealSambora In my humble opinion just your presence on stage would just give a totally different energy to the shows, without taking into consideration your solos and your vocals, that would lift the whole sound of the band up by 10x. @jonbonjovi fans would be over here moon
Rotten friends/bosses/co-workers and worst of all family leads to rotten days, weeks, years, lives …. Listen to me, please keep negativity away from you, obviously if it’s close family you can’t fully cut it out but you can limit the time you allocated to them… if it’s random people, light weight friends, get rid of that energy, get out of the way, “don’t let it touch your skin” cause you’ll get rotten .. like these oranges 🍊

These 3 things will change your life:
1. Misogi Challenge : Do something extremely hard once a year.
2. Kevin’s Rule : Plan six mini-adventures every year.
3. Winning Habits : Add one new habit every three months
Think big, but act and live small. Because we will be action and education focused, and forgo validation and status, our ambition will not be grandiose but iterative—one foot in front of the other, learning and growing and putting in the time.
Remember that this moment is not your life, it’s just a moment in your life. Focus on what is in front of you, right now. Ignore what it “represents” or it “means” or “why it happened to you.”
When we remove ego, we’re left with what is real. What replaces ego is humility, yes—but rock-hard humility and confidence. Whereas ego is artificial, this type of confidence can hold weight. Ego is stolen. Confidence is earned. Ego is self-anointed, its swagger is artifice. One is girding yourself, the other gaslighting. It’s the difference between potent and poisonous.
