▪️First of all, people need to make up their minds - if Israel "controls the US," how did Israel want to strike Iran mid-October and the US told them "no?;"

▪️Second of all, Israel is an extension of US military power in West Asia and literally cannot conduct ANY major operations without 100% complete/constant direction/participation by the US including ISR, refueling, air defenses, etc. - thus Israel didn't plan ANYTHING on its own;

▪️Finally, US think tanks have revealed Israel's role as a proxy and reliable dupe to blame for unpopular and illegal AMERICAN aggression - specifically against Iran and its allies - and that is ALL this headline represents.

Despite this, and despite the US repeatedly using this "Leave it to Bibi" narrative both under the Biden and now under Trump administrations - people are still falling for this;

Israeli occupation forces use photo of imprisoned Palestinian leader to threaten Palestinians during West Bank raids

The Palestinian Prisoners' Club reported on Wednesday, 21 October, that Israeli occupation forces displayed a photograph of imprisoned Qassam Brigades West Bank commander Ibrahim Hamed inside his solitary confinement cell while interrogating Palestinians in Silwad, east of Ramallah.

Hamed, who has been imprisoned since 2006, was used as a means of psychological intimidation, with soldiers reportedly issuing threats concerning his fate in prison.

The organization condemned the practice as an attempt to instill fear among Palestinians and undermine the symbolic standing of Palestinian detainees and resistance figures, amid escalating reports of torture, isolation, and deprivation of basic rights in Israeli prisons.

According to the Palestinian Prisoners' Club, occupation forces detained and subjected approximately 25 Palestinians to field interrogations, beatings, and abuse during raids on Silwad overnight, leaving three hospitalized.

Across the occupied West Bank, more than 60 Palestinians were subjected to similar operations in Silwad, Immatain, Beit Dajan, Beit Furik, and Al-Fawwar refugee camp, with most subsequently released.

In a separate statement, Hamas official Abdul Rahman Shadid condemned the use of Hamed's photograph as a deliberate act of intimidation and a direct threat against the imprisoned commander, Palestinian detainees, and their families. He warned that Hamed's continued solitary confinement and the threats against him endangered his life, holding Israel and the prison administration fully responsible for his safety.

Shadid stressed that such measures would not break the prisoners' resolve and called for international pressure to end abuses against Palestinian prisoners and hold those responsible accountable.
