At the very least, a basic update on the status of my baggage was expected. Simply logging a complaint and sitting on it is no better than taking no action at all.

@ViCustomerCare Reached out via call, app, and mail to port my CORPORATE number from BSNL to Vodafone, but got zero support. It’s been 3 days and my UPC expires today. If this is how you treat potential customers, I wonder how bad it gets for existing ones.
