I still prefer to use speech-to-text in codex (I enjoy rambling for up to 10 minutes, brain dumping as I look over the project), then having codex build a plan around it. I still prefer it over the new voice model, though it’s cool to feel like you’re working WITH the agent now.
@steipete@HansCNelson I think the biggest way for anyone to stop debugging for hours is to simply pass any issues over to codex itself, not openclaw —doctor / general oclaw debugging loops.
Codex 5.5 Oauth has been butter smooth + stable, I’ve got fast response times (~3s) on newest release; 2026.5.4
If this is confirmed true.. God Bless OpenAI. I would have never guessed this application would go this far. Amazing how far things have come in just a few years.
this is actually insane
> be tech guy in australia
> adopt cancer riddled rescue dog, months to live
> not_going_to_give_you_up.mp4
> pay $3,000 to sequence her tumor DNA
> feed it to ChatGPT and AlphaFold
> zero background in biology
> identify mutated proteins, match them to drug targets
> design a custom mRNA cancer vaccine from scratch
> genomics professor is “gobsmacked” that some puppy lover did this on his own
> need ethics approval to administer it
> red tape takes longer than designing the vaccine
> 3 months, finally approved
> drive 10 hours to get rosie her first injection
> tumor halves
> coat gets glossy again
> dog is alive and happy
> professor: “if we can do this for a dog, why aren’t we rolling this out to humans?”
one man with a chatbot, and $3,000 just outperformed the entire pharmaceutical discovery pipeline.
we are going to cure so many diseases.
I dont think people realize how good things are going to get
IMSR - back of napkin S4 math - 600mm cash proceeds following no redepmtions (PIPE, Trust), 81mm shares outstanding excluding warrants - fair value $7ish as share, low CAPEX
Share the same thought; Walsh wants less fed intervention in markets. Market seemed to like JPOW safety net.
That, and possibly 'frothy' feeling with inflated SpaceX ipo; xAI somehow valued at 200B with revenues that don't back it up.
QQQ - looks horrible, needs to hold 600
SPY - Rising wedge still holding
IWM - Same rising wedge
No clue what the market wants, keep some dry powder in case they want this market to implode with Q's in coming weeks.
Overall flow has been bearish
@satyanadella dude please reign in a new CEO for the next era, I appreciate what you've accomplished in your tenure. Exit gracefully.
Also, new CEO - please rename CoPilot to Cortana.
