You could (incredibly slowly) run an LLM by hand by doing the matrix calculations with a pen and paper, would that be conscious? There is zero difference between doing that and doing it on a GPU except its faster.

be 5% better than your opponent with this guy you will win an outsized number of games. dealing with byakuya is a true skills test imo because you get completely shredded for making any mistakes, but nothing he has is too insufferable to deal with. requires sick footsies tho

@EggplantMenace i also think she's just weaker in uni2 because she lacks good ways to force her opponent to interact and inevitably loses the grd cycle. it's not like previous versions where she had a big edge in winning timeouts either
