@ohbeepea @British_Airways I’ve DM’d BA about the Verifly app. It doesn’t recognise my details….absolutely no point in using it and hence no one can then check in online….leading to a busier airport!

@British_Airways Can you please advise. We want to use Airportr, as it will make life easier but we need to be checked in online. For this we need to use VeriFLY, which is not recognising our booking reference! Please help, we are flying on Monday. Thank you.
