Thx Officer Ryan Payne. Today he responded to a house fire off Robious Rd. He arrived to a house partially engulfed in flames, neighbors told him a dog was inside so Payne forced open a door and was greeted by this pup. Best buds now @CCPDVa #RVA #awesome
