It's disturbing that the apparent motivation behind those who adamantly attack the doctrines of sovereign grace aligns with the words of Jesus in Matthew 16:23 - "For you are not setting your mind on the things of God, but on the things of man", the context of which is a serious indictment.

@jie4him @DefiyantlyFree This is blatant slander in regard to Calvinism. Calvinists appeal and argue exclusively from the Scriptures themselves. None of us quote Calvin or the Reformed confessions, which themselves defer all authority to the Bible. Sola Scrptura is a hallmark of Reformed theology.

The Clancy trial demonstrates that biblically self conscious Christians must no longer opt out of serving jury duty! The loss of the fear of God and of common grace in society make our participation essential to preserve order.

Dear friend, I hope you don't form your view of calvinism from X or from what you're told by others. Visit an evangelical Presbyterian or Reformed baptist church or Bible study and meet real calvinists. Read the writings of calvinist authors and hymn composers like John Bunyan, Isaac Watts, and John Newton who wrote "Amazing Grace".
