@DGCAIndia @JaagoGrahak 1/2 Filed a complaint with @AirIndiaX (Case No. 26179927) after witnessing how even basic medical aid like paracetamol and water weren’t provided onboard. Cabin crew showed zero concern. It’s shocking how even Indian Railways handles such situations better
