मुझे प्रसन्नता है कि केन्द्रीय विद्यालय, झंझारपुर में शैक्षणिक सत्र 2026-27 का शुभारंभ कार्यक्रम आगामी 21 सितंबर 2026 को आयोजित होगा।

ध्यातव्य है कि केन्द्रीय विद्यालय का संचालन अस्थायी रूप से केजरीवाल +2 उच्च विद्यालय, झंझारपुर के परिसर में किया जा रहा है। स्थायी परिसर के निर्माण के लिए लखनौर अंचल के बेहट मौजा में 5 एकड़ भूमि उपलब्ध कराई जा चुकी है जिस पर आने वाले समय में के���्द्रीय विद्यालय का अपना भवन एवं आवश्यक शैक्षणिक सुविधाएं विकसित होंगी।

वर्तमान शैक्षणिक सत्र में विद्यालय में बालवाटिका-1 से कक्षा 5 तक प्रत्येक कक्षा में 40 छात्रों (कुल 320 छात्रों) का नामांकन हुआ है। आगामी वर्षों में प्रति वर्ष 1-1 कक्षा उत्तरोत्तर बढ़ाई जाएगी। विद्यालय में फर्नीचर इत्यादि सुविधाएं केन्द्रीय विद्यालय संग���न द्वारा उपलब्ध कराया जा चुका है।

केन्द्रीय विद्यालय की शुरुआत झंझारपुर के बच्चों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण, अनुशासित एवं आधुनिक शिक्षा का बेहतर अवसर उपलब्ध कराने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।

India should be thrown out of BRICS.

That is what the world was saying in 2012. S&P warned India was about to become the first Fallen Angel of BRICS and crash into junk grade. Growth had collapsed to 5.3 percent. The rupee lost 26 percent in a single year. Inflation running above 11 percent. Morgan Stanley put India in the Fragile Five. Jim O'Neill, the economist who coined the term BRIC, called India the biggest disappointment of the bloc.

International agencies and global media openly wrote that Indonesia should replace India as the I in BRICS.

Then 2014 happened.

Indonesia did not replace India. Indonesia joined the grouping India helped reshape. The first chief of the BRICS Bank came from India. K.V. Kamath.

Over the decade that followed India's nominal GDP tripled. Total exports reached 825 billion dollars. Cumulative FDI crossed one trillion dollars. Q1 FY 2026-27 GDP growth clocked 7.8 percent. Japan Credit Rating Agency upgraded India straight to A minus.

The country they wanted to throw out of BRICS.

The country Morgan Stanley called Fragile.

The country Jim O'Neill called the biggest disappointment.

That country is standing at Bharat Mandapam today on September 12th 2026 hosting the 18th BRICS Summit as the powerhouse of the Global South.

History does not always move in the direction the experts predict.

Sometimes the country they wanted to remove ends up hosting the summit.

Intention is more important than position

कल शाम आ�� यह तस्वीर सच में बहुत बड़ी तस्वीर थी. बिहार में 243 विधायक हैं, उनमें से 1 #PrashantKishor हैं, जो अभी-अभी #Bankipur जीते हैं. इस तस्वीर ने शेष 242 विधायकों (मुख्यमंत्री और कुछ वरिष्ठ मंत्रियों को छोड़ दें) को आईना दिखा दिया है. हमने #Bihar में देखा और जाना है #MLA #MP इस बात का रोना रोते रहते हैं कि उनके कॉल #DM व #SP रिसीव नहीं करते. सरकार को इस बाबत बार-बार आदेश निकालना होता है. पदाधिकारी कॉल रिसीव भी कर लें, तो बहुत सारे नेताजी इन्���ें ही सर-सर कहते सुनाई पड़ते हैं.

लेकिन, यह तस्वीर इसलिए आईना बन रही है कि इसमें #प्रशांतकिशोर हैं. इसी महीने उन्होंने चुनाव जीता है. #विधायक की शपथ लिए तो 15 दिन भी नहीं हुए हैं. जीत के बाद वे #बांकीपुर की जनता को थैंक यू बोलने निकले थे. जनता ने समस्याएं बताईं. प्रशांत ने कलमबंद किया.

फिर सीधे तमाम जिम्मेवार शीर्ष पदाधिकारियों से एक साथ एक मेज पर बातचीत करने का फैसला किया. दूसरे सभी MLA के कहने पर DM-SP छोड़ दें, DSP-SDO-CO-EO भी एक साथ जमा हो जाएं, शायद ही कोई उदाहरण मिले. लेकिन यहां प्रशांत किशोर के साथ सूबे के सबसे बड़े पदाधिकारी चीफ सेक्रेटरी प्रत्यय अमृत हैं, ��ाथ में DGP विनय कुमार भी. और जब ये हैं, तो ADG रहेंगे ही, पटना म्युनिसिपल कारपोरेशन के पदाधिकारी भी. प्रशांत किशोर ने संबंधित समस्याओं को लेकर जिस जिम्मेवार से बात करने की इच्छा रखी, सभी मौजूद रहे .

अब इस तस्वीर को देख दूसरे सभी MP-MLA को सोचना- सम��ना चाहिए कि वे अपना कद कब इतना बड़ा करेंगे कि सभी उनकी सुनें. निश्चित तौर पर प्रशांत किशोर को इसका भी फायदा मिल रहा है कि वे तरीके से पढ़े-लिखे हैं व देश-दुनिया देख रखी है. संविधान और अन्य कानून को जानते हैं.

आपको 2025 वाला BPSC आंदोलन याद होगा, जब अनशन पर बैठे प्रशांत किशोर को भोरे-भोर गांधी मैदान से गिरफ्तार किया गया था. कोर्ट ने उन्हें बेल बांड भरने के बाद की सशर्त जमानत दे दी थी, लेकिन वे जेल जाने की जिद पर अड़ गए थे. पुलिस फतुहा से नौबतपुर तक प्रशांत को लेकर दौड़ रही थी. कोई दूसरा नेता होता, तो तुरंत सशर्त जमानत पर छूट जाता या जमानत में देरी होने पर बहाना कर अस्पताल में भर्ती हो जाता. लेकिन, ये #PK थे, सशर्त छूटने को तैयार नहीं थे, क्योंकि भारत के संविधान को जानते थे. परिणाम, ये निकला था कि कोर्ट को अपने ही आर्डर को फिर से ठीक करना पड़ा था और प्रशांत को बिना किसी शर्त जमानत देकर छोड़ा गया था. यह भी इतिहास बन जाने वाला एक घटनाक्रम था.
