LPD is proud to recognize Sergeant Tu Tran for his actions in rescuing a party from a submerged vehicle yesterday afternoon. Sergeant Tran quickly entered the frigid water and extricated the driver. This is his 2nd water rescue in less than 6 months!

It is with heavy hearts that we share Fire Inspector Gross has passed away. Don began his career with LFR in 1991 as a FF. He was promoted to FAO in 1995 and then to inspector in 1997. Don was very passionate about his work. Rest in peace Don.
