@zaiphirion Lack of funding is the better alternative. Regulation would involve the government to step in and meddle with the free market. It could also potentially snuff out local LLMs.

@zaiphirion I want to do it right. I try to avoid using "AI" as a teacher as much as possible by hunting down books on different subjects.

@zaiphirion Hm. I have yet to apply an LLM to do reverse engineering. The main thing I only use LLMs for are search engines on steroids by having them fetch me documentations and have them attempt at explaining stuff. Perplexity is the only rented LLM I use whilst I experiment with local.
