@akhilbhima Appreciate that! It starts entirely analog: margins filled with pencil marks and handwritten notes in my journal. When a line keeps lingering in my head days later, thatโs usually when it ends up here.
Overthinking the worst is anxiety; overthinking the best is vision. To build anything extraordinary, you need an initial dose of constructive delusion, foolish enough to defy the odds and disciplined enough to bend them.
@JustABooktrovt Beautifully put. The brain's reticular activating system is always hunting for confirmation of your dominant self-talk. Asking better questions literally rewires what you notice.
BEST THING I HAVE READ ALL YEAR
"You can't skip chapters, that's not how life works. You have to read every line, meet every character. You won't enjoy all of it.
Hell, some chapters will make you cry for weeks. You will read things you don't want to read, you will have moments when you don't want the pages to end. But you have to keep going.
Stories keep the world revolving. Live yours, don't miss out."

11/10 classic recommendations.
1. The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde
A haunting study of aestheticism and moral decay, following a striking young man who trades his soul so that a hidden portrait ages and bears the weight of his sins while he remains outwardly pure.
2. The Death of Ivan Ilyich by Leo Tolstoy
A brief, piercing examination of mortality. It follows an affluent magistrate facing a terminal illness who is forced to confront the chilling realization that his respectable, carefully curated life was completely counterfeit.
3. The Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka
A devastating exploration of alienation and familial obligation, centering on a traveling salesman who wakes to find himself transformed into a grotesque insect, exposing the conditional nature of the love around him.
4. The Brothers Karamazov by Fyodor Dostoevsky
The definitive peak of philosophical fiction. Built around a murder and three brothers embodying the intellect, the flesh, and the spirit, it strips human nature down to faith, guilt, and free will with unmatched intensity.
NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR BEING OBSESSED. READ ALL DAY. WORK ALL NIGHT. RUN FOR HOURS. FORGET TIME EXISTS. BE EVERYWHERE, BUT BE A GHOST. TURN OFF THE WORLD AND CREATE YOUR OWN. LET CRAFT BECOME COMPULSION. POSITIVE OBSESSION IS A GIFT, DISGUISED AS A CURSE.
Literature is such a powerful tool. We don't talk enough about the impact it can have, the way it shapes us. Please, please be selective of what you are reading and don't get stuck in the same circle. Read for pleasure, but also to broaden your mind. Read books translated from languages you don't know, read authors from countries you've never visited, read books written about your hometown, read ancient literature and science fiction. Sample it all and live through it. Dare to contain within yourself the whole world.
I love people with ADHD because they never actually forget anything. You just have to say the right words to activate them like a sleeper cell, and then they awaken with all the knowledge on a very niche subject they studied for 3 months straight 5 years ago.
"Knowledge makes a man unfit to be a slave."

โOnce you learn to read, question, and think independently, you become ungovernable from the outside. โLiteracy is self-sovereignty.
There are books I couldnโt finish years ago that now feel like they were written for the version of me Iโve become. And thatโs the quiet magic of timing.
