For anyone that wants to take a look under the hood of the FPCA modeling me and @DrPhilipSkiba did the r script and MMP data is available here: https://t.co/I0kpUKcoRk

When will people understand that this predatory pricing model will always be true of anything coming out of Silicon Valley? It is literally their only model. 1. Operate at a loss so everyone signs up 2. Wipe out competitors 3. Slam users with profane monopolistic costs
Lazy and a liar: “When I look back at the Tier 1 and Tier 2 papers I claimed to have verified at body level, most of the verification came from search-result snippets and abstracts on alternative hosts — not from fetching the PDFs and reading the methods sections” : Claude
I’m not sure Strava data policies, but if they treat your data as fair game they have enough data to do this modeling across all their users. But with TSM NOT LLL and at population scale, NOT individual
Tilting your bed 6° head-up while you sleep may make your body produce more red blood cells. After 5 weeks, blood volume rose 4.1% - similar to what you'd get from altitude training. No change in those who slept flat. Small study (n=9), but intriguing!!

Hormones can have powerful performance-enhancing effects via different mechanisms (e.g. steroids, EPO, & growth hormone). This book gives an overview of hormone doping in sport, types of hormones used to dope, analytical challenges, and gaps in the field.

@NTSAcademia I think this is a good illustration that you need population scale data to generate the durability axis, given the variability in maximal effort
what is fatigue what is durability: where is the shift from depletion (fatigue) to erosion (durability)? for example is a 2 hour TTE just a depletion of a 2 hour capacity, or is it a string of sub-maximal 30 min TT that erode capacity until that final 30 min becomes maximal?
