@stephenescott2 Yeah it's an acquired taste. Takes time to enjoy it with lots of soy sauce. Like the first time eating raw oysters on the half shell. Totally disgusting at 1st but over time you appreciate it with enough cocktail sauce and fresh lemon juice.
