@Ryan_Daigler Shouod you though? It’s more drama and giving them what they want- more shit to use against you. Grey rocking seems the most appropriate response. I’ve always believed, the only person to “defeat” a narcissist is a bigger narcissist. Or by grey rocking them.

@cornmuffinmix @Ryan_Daigler Basically what I have been doing, grey rock. The way I see it by responding I’m anyway this feeds them more ammo, so the only tactic is to ignore and not engage what so ever.

@Ryan_Daigler The only way to beat a narcissist at thier own game is by grey rocking them. They want your reaction, your time, you wasting energy into a defense, so they can keep milking you for drama and spin your reaction and defense to fit their little narrative. You ignore and starve them.

@starheal The issue is your left with people believing the lies, and the smear campaign ultimately worked- soon as you address it they come after you. It’s almost like one needs to show they are not what they narcs claim
