Ipswich buses, could you confirm why your buses seem to pick and choose when they turn up! Because you know people love nothing more than waiting an hour in minus degree temperatures for a bus that cannot be bothered to turn up leaving people freezing!!

How come your Asda rewards seem to pick and choose what they accept?!? I’ve just bought two indoor toys as part of your rewards and neither have registered! Not the first time this has happened either- apparently your app doesn’t class swim costume as swim wear!

@ipswichbuses I wish to make a complaint for the atrocious experience I had today. I got the bus and asked the driver for a one week pass which costs £17. Not only did the driver give me the wrong pass he also challenged me when i told him the price he gave me was wrong (£17.50)!

I've been sent a debt collection letter, however after contacting an "agent" who gave me with a phone number, I looked up the number it comes up as Spam and Frau, how am I supposed to trust that the letter is genuine. This has scared me and caused a lot of stress

Despite being warned against it I just saw Marvel studios @TheEternals and OMG it was the best movie I have seen. The chemistry between @BarryKeoghan and @LaurenRidloffs characters have made them my favourite and I really hope that we get to see more interaction between the two!

@ipswichbuses is the number 3 running to the havens in the evening? If so what time do they start? my friend and I were waiting over an hour yesterday for the number 3 after checking your journey planner, updated timetable and the app for three buses to never turn up!
