Under China's #zerotariff policy for 53 African nations (effective May 1, 2026), Nigerian cattle bone pellets now enter the Chinese market duty‑free.
This marks a promising start for Nigerian agricultural exports to China under this zero‑tariff arrangement. @NigeriaMFA@NGfmafs@fmitiofficial@Ngfmld
China has also upgraded "green lanes" for African agricultural and food imports, streamlining quarantine procedures and adopting risk‑based management for faster market access.
These benefits are expected to extend to more Nigerian premium products, boosting export revenues, creating rural jobs, and strengthening the nation's agricultural value chain.
A solid step forward for China‑Nigeria trade cooperation and bilateral relations. 🇨🇳🤝🇳🇬
We have spent years being told it is “just a period problem” while our skin, our weight, our mood, and our energy were all falling apart. Today, the medical world finally admitted you were right.
PCOS is now PMOS.
I got the role the next day. Mr. Ojediran later told me he was assessing attitude and thought process, and that I performed exceptionally well. That’s how my NYSC at Shell began.
Sometimes, you just need to farabale. Settle into yourself and trust what you carry. You'll be fine.
Have a productive week ahead.
A lot of people are quietly dealing with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, fear, anger, emotional exhaustion… but because we are used to “being strong”, we don’t talk about it until it becomes too heavy.
That’s why I think more people should know that She Writes Woman has a free 24/7 mental health helpline for Nigerians.

It’s toll-free and faith-sensitive too.
A lot of his generation didn't understand Pan-Africanism as primarily a material struggle against a global empire, but as an emotional identity project. It was very easy to coopt them.
Nkrumah was the only leader in that generation who genuinely understood how the world works, which was why he was the only one with the foresight to use an arranged marriage with an Egyptian noble woman to create an important political bridge across the Sahara *that still exists today.* Achebe and his contemporaries would have dismissed such an idea simply because Fathia was not a black woman and in their minds, "Pan-Africanism" = "Black identity project".
Also, because theirs was the first generation to have widespread access to western brainwashing, they almost uniformly developed a fawning, uncritical admiration for the west, and they kept getting rewarded for it, which created a feedback loop. You can see that in the lives of Achebe, Soyinka, Ayittey etc.
They were literally not in their right minds, and they get a lot of undue credit while Nkrumah the one was doing most of the intellectual heavy lifting of that generation. Unfortunately, both in Ghana and across the continent, he was surrounded by very dumb people who spoke very good English, and who mistook their ability to speak good English with intelligence and political awareness.
Police PPRO: spirituality is the only explanation to a love man extrajudicially killing an apprehended suspect in a country known for corrupt policing…
Okay
'Spirituality is the only explanation for what he did.'
Delta State Police PPRO, Bright Edafe, reacts to the alleged extrajudicial killing of a suspect by an ASP, describing it as a "difficult moment" for the force.

Jos Massacre: Unmasking Foreign Influence in Nigeria
On Palm Sunday, 29 March 2026, terrorists attacked the Gari Ya Waye community of Angwan Rukuba in Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State, Nigeria, killing at least 30 civilians that the Tinubu-led regime failed to protect.
Following the attack, many Nigerians, who have long been victims of US-backed terrorism, have, out of frustration and neglect by Abuja, begun cosying up to foreign actors like “Alex Barbir”, who poses as a US missionary alongside his compliant local partner Ezekiel Dachomo.
For the Spearhead, Mayowa Durosinmi (@mayordeah_) explained the lost context of how foreign agents like Alex Barbir are embedded deep within networks like Equipping The Persecuted, and are all working, in the name of protecting “persecuted Christians”, to achieve the ultimate goal of furthering US imperialism in Nigeria.
I have a genuine question. Many scientists say humans evolved from apes and other primates. So why don’t we see that kind of evolution happening today? Why does it seem like it stopped?
Tragedy of commons would allow that to happen. What can happen though is if a cut of their profit is set aside and used to develop a central grid overseen by a central authority.. oh wait.. I just described taxes and government.
