Protecting the integrity of California’s elections is a top priority for my office.
California’s election system has serious structural vulnerabilities. Universal vote-by-mail with no voter ID requirements creates conditions where fraud can go undetected and unpunished, eroding public confidence.
Without commenting on any specific investigation, my office has multiple election fraud investigations underway in coordination with @FBILosAngeles. We will follow the evidence wherever it leads and prosecute any violations of federal election law to the fullest extent.
My office is also working closely with @AAGDhillon to conduct a comprehensive audit of California’s voter rolls. The state has stonewalled every effort to verify that only eligible U.S. citizens are registered to vote. This case is now before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.
My office will not look the other way. We will investigate and prosecute. Every legal vote deserves to be counted. Every illegal vote cancels one out.
I’m not a big election fraud guy - but the 24,000 ballot drop showing Spencer Pratt didn’t receive a single vote, is just not realistically possible. Irreducible error rate is even more prevalent when functional literacy of LA is 50%.
Election Shambles Update:
1. California Democrats have turned our state into a global laughing stock. India counts 600 million + ballots in a day. California counts less than 10 million in a MONTH.
2. Make sure YOUR vote is counted. Watch this video for the steps you should take.
3. We're watching everything closely and have lawyers standing by if needed.
4. We're as confident as ever that we will make the top two.
5. As governor I will replace this absurd system. We cannot have another election that makes us look like a "failed state", as @NateSilver538 put it.

Thank You - stay focused - Change is Coming!
My plan is simple--make our state Califordable:
✅ Your first $100K tax-free
✅ $3 gas
✅ Cut your electric bills in half
✅ A home you can afford
It's not about party lines--these are things everyone wants to see and this is what you will get when I am elected in November. ☀️👊 @CNN@jaketapper
Today, Jamshid Ghomi, a dual U.S.-Iranian citizen who lives in a $35 million mansion in Orange County, California, was arrested on a federal criminal complaint charging him with selling computer technology to Iranian companies and Iran’s government — including technology to help with Iran’s military and nuclear program.
These allegations assert that the defendant violated U.S. sanctions against Iran, aided one of our nation’s enemies, supported Iran’s nuclear program, and got rich doing it. Not only is he being arrested today, but we also are beginning the process of seizing his mansion, which was purchased with his illegal proceeds. Thanks to the work of @USAttyEssayli’s office, @CommerceGov, and @IRS_CI’s Los Angeles Field Office, he will face the full force of justice.
Nithya’s been in office for 6 years. She’s saying this 6 days before she loses an election? These feckless politicians HAVE A RECORD. Nithya did NOTHING as Hollywood fell into the abyss over the last few years, and now she wants you to believe she suddenly cares? She thinks you’re dumb. Of course CA has to have competitive tax credits, but a massive portion of our film/tv industry relies on commercial work. They don’t utilize tax credits. They just need filming to be easier and safer in LA. They need LA to be nicer, and less disgusting. Many agencies and independent filmmakers have left LA simply because they don’t like *living* here anymore. It’s not fun anymore. Even the wealthy cast members of Nithya’s husband’s show have moved out of CA. Nobody likes living under Nithya’s leadership. She rolled into town a few years ago, knowing nothing about LA, decided she should tell us how to live, and she’s absolutely killed the soul of our city. If we want Hollywood to return, we need to make LA a nice place for our filmmakers to live and work. And the city needs to roll out the red carpet for productions. Karen and Nithya treat productions like a nuisance, and they’ve killed our golden goose. When I’m Mayor, I will pull out ALL the stops to eliminate every lame reason that makes filming in LA a pain in the neck. Quick, cheap, easy permitting. Easy parking approvals. Dedicated LAPD patrols in filming hotspots to ensure crew safety. No more addicts roving around the streets. Slashing fees. We need to win back these productions, and tax credits aren’t enough to do it.
🚨 VIRAL MOMENT IN L.A. 🚨
Residents are absolutely TORCHING city leaders 😳🔥
“L.A. is a public toilet at this point” 🚽
“All the government has given me is TRAUMA” 😬
“I threw out 3 pairs of shoes from human feces” 👞💩
“Karen Bass has been LYING her butt off” 🤥
The reactions only get crazier… 👀
This is my parents’ house. This is why I’m running. This is coming for your home. It’s coming for your industry. If not by fire, then by blight, addicts, fraud, and the slow rot created by corrupt politicians like Karen Bass. Wake up and VOTE.
