@GBABYDollz@RaveenTheDream It is a balancing act but there is a way to be very present as a parent during the middle school years without alienating your kids.
@intracoastalang @muddaub You have to understand that I hate shopping. Waiting more than twenty minutes to get an associate is maddening and isn’t time saving. I don’t waste more time, I don’t go to these stores at all. Money, sure. But better experience.
@walmarthelp I stopped shopping at Walmart when the locks went on. My closest Walmart closed shortly after so it wasn’t just me. I don’t miss it. I am not a thief and don’t appreciate being treated like one.
@Marcy_Singer@Covfefe_King@Angry_Staffer Former Republican here. I want the old party back also, even though I don’t currently have plans to return to it myself. I had to learn to remove my party from my identity. Party loyalty is what allowed something like this to happen in the first place, sadly.
@WalshFreedom One party is refusing to come to the table because if they do, what other “boogeyman can they use for their fear based politics. If they think that we can’t see through that, they are blind.
@WalshFreedom I don’t avoid saying Merry Christmas. I just prefer to wait until it is closer to Dec 25 to say it. For me, Merry Christmas in late November is weird. I have always preferred Happy Holidays because I like it. It isn’t avoidance or “shame”, just personal preference.
@WalshFreedom Respectfully, I don’t care whether someone says Happy Holidays or Merry Christmas. I believe that we all have a right to celebrate this time of year however we choose. Christ is no more or less at the center of my observance if I hear Happy Holidays.
