@AllianceXspo Very interesting topic and also very close poll. IMO is that the system is too far off from the planned 500 saturated pools it is intended, and SPOs going against the soft cap of 64M by opening multiple underpledged pools is a big problem. 0 fixed fee might solve both

@RenewPool We weren't able to increase the pool's stake to a point where it could be profitable for delegators.

If a pool only makes one block each epoch, almost half the rewards go to the fixed fee and that only hurts delegators.

@AstraStake I love cardano and we will keep holding as much as we can, but I think decentralization isn't a priority for IOG, the last delegation round showed that, for them, it's more important to support pools with big networks, no matter if multi or single

@zzeroee At certain point in time, we had to evaluate if CCOL had potential to grow. Single pools are really valuable for the network, but if the pool is too small, it only hurts delegators because the fixed fee may represent as much as 50% of the pool's rewards.

We have a new government which is highly tech oriented and many of its new politics agree with the Cardano principles, push power to the edges and bank the unbanked
