Some of the most meaningful Web3 infrastructure in Africa may emerge around things people already struggle to access.

Housing is a good example.

A lot of RWA conversations stay centered on financial products: tokenized funds, treasury exposure, institutional yield.

But projects like @empowa_io push the idea into something much more tangible.

They’re exploring how Web3-based financing can support affordable housing development in markets where traditional mortgage systems leave many people out.

That changes how the technology feels.

It stops being about digital assets and starts becoming a question of access: who gets to participate in systems that shape daily life?

What makes this interesting is that the value is immediate.

Nobody needs to understand tokenization to care about owning a home, accessing financing, or living in better infrastructure.
