Knowing characteristic findings are helpful to diagnose rare cases which seems hard initially. Cavitating lung with calcific nodules has 2 possibilities. Rheumatoid nodules and cystic amyloidosis. Presence of tracheobroncheal submucosal calcification is diagnostic for the latter
