w permission: 40's female ACHD- Pulmonary atresia, hypoplastic RV. Previous modified Fontan (1998), Bidirectional Glenn, SVC connected to RPA and right atrium. Bio valved conduit with mild pulmonic insufficiency. Elevated right heart pressure & Ascites since 2013. #cardiotwitter

Superior Vena Cava Syndrome: F in early 30’s with a history of Histoplasmosis, treated with antifungals. Resultant fibrosing mediastinitis. Underwent a right upper extremity DVT with swelling of the arms and face and engorgement of the veins. How would you treat this lesion?🏥❤️

The lesion was resistant and the mid potion of the stent was restricted severely with 7 atm of pressure. We used a 12 mm Atlas Gold Balloon at 18 atm to crack the stenosis. An 18mm Atlas Gold Balloon at 16 atm was used to fully deploy the stent with a good result (4/4)

Male late 30's; cardiac arrest, inducible VT, severe TR. Coronary angiography demonstrates a giant coronary fistula to the RA. The fistula outlet measures approximately 7 mm on balloon occlusion #angiogram. How would you proceed? #cardiotwitter #Cardiology 🏥❤️
