The Health Team at Cardiff Flying Start recently ran a charity power walk and run, covering 26 miles between them, to raise money for Cwtch Baby Bank – a charity that supports babies by providing recycled baby items. Well done to everyone involved! #WorkingForCardiff 👏🚶🏻♀️

#SaferSleepWeek starts today and the theme is surviving sleep deprivation! Tiredness can be overwhelming and sometimes lack of sleep can make following safer sleep difficult. This year, we want to help parents make informed safer sleep choices even when they are exhausted.
