Transfer from other centre : female late 60s : bio AVR 2007> VIV 2021(SEV)>VIVIV 2022 (BEV)>iatrogenic dissection needed emergent repair and did very well ! Could this patient served with a better lifelong management or it’s just a bad luck ! Yes , been a good redo candidate !
