@SouthwestAir your on time service all year has been horrible for me from business travel to leisure. I don’t know if I had one round trip flight on time. Explain to me why I should fly with you in 2024?

@SouthwestAir Well to start with todays flight is now delayed 55 min. This is the third flight in a row of least 50 min delays.

@Avis Thank you but please make changes at your DCA location. As I have repeatedly said and you probably know you left many customers stranded. This is a National airport with many flights. Please make changes to this facility so that future customers don’t have the same issue.

@Avis your rental lot that supports the @Reagan_Airport. You left myself and daughter stranded because your employees closed at 10pm. Just to let you know they also left many other customers stranded tonight. You have left many loyal customers stranded tonight.

@Avis There were more customers then us. Point is you knew something was wrong.Additionally when I called you service center I was assured that someone was there. This is not acceptable.

@Avis There were other people with reservations that night and we all were left abandoned by you. One gentlemen did have and you still left many customers abondoned

@AmericanAir - you have delayed last 2 of 3 international flights for me. That sucks but I buy a isle seat due to pain from a disability and last delay you tell me I have to fly middle seat and deal with it. How exactly do you define that is fair? Screw you I hate flying with you
