and I do not appreciate, trying to get a hold of, my sister that is there and I’m in midvale and I cannot get transferred to a room and then Sasha just hangs up on me. It already took me calling three times to get thru and hung up on. That is ridiculous!!! Do you train at all?

It. But either way, I do not appreciate her not doing her job and then just hang up on me when I called. I said the disrespect was not OK and I will be calling and contacting her boss. Sasha is in customer service, she is the front line of it.
