The Employ to Empower Program, or "E2E," is a county-wide homeless workforce initiative that started in HC Pct. 2 & now operates in HC Commissioner Pct. 1 also! Local partners include the @HCSOTexas, @HCSO_NPD, & @CareerRecovery. The next expansion will be in HC Comm. Pct. 3!
