@LlyrPowell It's true. Cannot contradict this. Elenud Morgan was imposed on the Welsh party rather than elected. However, a vote for Reform is a vote for a Tory Masquerade. They won't take Wales for granted; they will take it and wring everything they can out of it, then throw away the husk.

@uk_decoded @Joseph_Boam Unfortunately, young Master Boam doesn't have the experience to critically evaluate Farage's messages. At best, he parrots the party line. At worst, he parrots extreme MAGA lines.
Hopefully, as he matures, he will be able to engage more effectively with political dialogue.

Second problem: Northern Ireland.
Third problem: Farage's preferred option of completely cutting off from the EU will not get around the problem that it will (as it has) impact trade.

@LlyrPowell Ah, yes, a regulation that gives local authorities greater powers to set speed limits at more appropriate levels for local conditions, reducing injuries and fatalities without much of an impact on travel times. What isn't working, though, is this garbage.

Obviously the language is archaic, but the Treason Act , 1351, remains on the statute books. The question is, did Mr Mandelson, in his correspondence with Mr Epstein, give aid and comfort to the "King's Enemies?" Do his comments fall within the purview of this act?

Like many who remember the New Labour government, I always found it amazing that this man ended up in the House of Lords, then appointed ambassador. He needs to be kicked out of Labour and the Lords, not allowed to resign. A stupid decision by Starmer from start to finish.

@Lee_MJ_Chapman "United" is doing a bit of heavy lifting there. Wales was subjugated in the 13th Century. It has always held an inferior position in the "United Kingdom". England has exploited Wales and its resources for centuries, leaving the Welsh to pick up the tab.

@TheLeonSpence @LeaderofKCC Most of the DOGE claims were debunked within a matter of hours. There were claims about the removal of trans books from children's libraries that were inaccurate. There were also false claims about fraud identification made by Reform's Kent councillors. But hey ...

@LeaderofKCC It's a fair point. When journalists and politicians selectively quote documents to misrepresent decisions, they undermine democracy. It doesn't help when politicians use these tactics before turning around to complain when they are used against them, though.
