Our education system has failed students and communities for far too long. Classrooms are overcrowded with students who can’t meet basic standards, forced to absorb illegal immigrants’ children and divert resources to ESL while American kids fall further behind.

Policies like No Child Left Behind just push failing students to the next grade without mastery. This teacher, the last one before the real world, is at his wit’s end.

• Staples is charging more online based on IP address or location
• Target’s app tracking shoppers in real time to charge as much as $150 more for a vacuum once they enter the store
• Lyft charging 55 Missouri riders 29 different prices for the same route at the same time.
• Kroger earned over $500M from selling the data that it harvests from its customers.
