Absolutely disgraceful service by @UKVolkswagen!! Not doing anything to support me and expecting me to drive around with a car that has known issues that may cause serious injuries!! Stay away from @VW!!
Very disappointed in @UKVolkswagen VW Tiguan has serious issues and VW is not responding and letting dealerships know about potential fixes and expecting the consumer to drive around with a faulty car!!

@TheNewYorkPass this is the exact problem. You don’t respond within the cancellation period and then decide to respond outside of the cancellation period and then refuse to provide a refund. Disgusting behaviour!!
