On the other hand, startups ask "what could go right?" before launching tangible experiments with users.
in startup/VC phase, you need one person to say yes. for innovation in big cos, often feels like you need to find nobody that says no.

@brettberson We interviewed for this a LOT when hiring business designers at ideo. We always used structured case interviews based on real world clients we had worked with. We'd look for creativity, problem solving, logic, strategy, and quantitative skills.
