Reflecting on this year’s theme - Standing Firm in Power and Pride - Chris shares his journey as a Black leader of Jamaican heritage and describes the resilience, ambition and unwavering commitment to equity that have defined his 30+ year career in youth services.

From sports coaching in Tottenham, leading the Youth Review for @RBKC after the Grenfell Tower fire and creating new Youth Services for the area’s young people, to shaping national youth policy and lecturing in leadership and systemic change @imperialcollege.
