I've decided to wind down this account over the summer and focus on my other account @AlwaysMoreUK which is around photography and the like. No grand leaving of X or any dramatic reason, just prefer to be engaging on that X account instead. Please feel free to follow me there and let's continuing hanging out online. Yesterday at the invitation of my good friend @Lady_Lenzie, I was delighted to facilitate the 2026 Board Away Day for Life In Abundance UK (@LIA_UK), part of the wider global Life in Abundance (LIA) family.

LIA empowers local churches to serve the poor and vulnerable, creating sustainable transformation in their communities across Africa and the Caribbean. Do visit their X profile page for more information.

It was both a privilege and a pleasure to facilitate the day as the Trustees reflected, grappled and planned, laying strategic foundations for their next season. As I led them through the day I really valued their fellowship and hospitality.

I greatly enjoyed meeting all the Trustees and Exec team, including the Executive Director Dr Johny Hilaire, and I wish them well in the vital work of Life In Abundance UK.

It was also a joy to meet the LIA global founder, Dr Florence Muindi, MD, MPH who shared such wisdom, as well as kindly giving me a copy of one of her books.

London has so many beautiful green spaces, and Regent’s Park is one of my favourites.

It was looking glorious in the sunshine today, I can definitely recommend it for a visit ☀️
