@100trillionUSD@BlockHorizonIO The blue zones in your chart are many month, almost up to a year long.
You essentially say: "Buying during a bear market is a good idea."
That time when an unarmed Iranian ship was invited to take part in an Indian naval exercise alongside the United States.
Its sailors were welcomed on land and paraded before Indian President Modi as a gesture of respect.
Then, at the last moment, the United States suddenly abruptly withdrew from the exercise,only to wait and torpedo the very ship it had just stood beside.
What followed was even more grotesque.
After attacking an unarmed vessel, the US refused to rescue the sailors it had blown into the sea, abandoning them to drown.
The grim work of recovering bodies was left to the Sri Lankan Navy.
This wasn’t warfare,it was treachery of the most disgraceful kind: an ambush carried out under the pretense of diplomacy, followed by a cold refusal to show even the most basic human decency to the dying.
It would represent a collapse of every norm that supposedly governs civilized conduct at sea.
And yet, instead of outrage, much of the American media response has been indifference or rationalization.
The bombing of a girls’ school is brushed aside; talk of carpet-bombing Tehran is floated as if it were just another policy option.
When atrocities are normalized and cruelty is laundered into “strategy,” the line between reporting and complicity begins to disappear......
@profwolff Instead of taxing the people - which would be very unpopular, the US government just borrows a large part of the money it spends.
The resulting inflation has the same effect as higher taxes, but most people do no blame the government for it.
@profwolff Tripling in 35 years equals an inflation rate of 3.2%.
I would have expected it to be higher.
But the issue remains: If avg peoples income doesn't keep up with that, they loose purchasing power.
why is it a national security priority? What danger does China actually pose to the US?
Or is it just that you want to pose a danger to China and you don't want China to have any leverage or ability to protect itself when you do - like in the "good ole days" when US troops marched in the streets of Chinese cities???
Between China and the US - the US has been at constant war around the globe at the expense of American lives and tax dollars this entire 21st century, while China has been at war with NOBODY.
Who is the real danger to Americans here? China? Or liars in Washington (like you) selling these wars?
Conservatism exists to eternally focus outrage on symptoms of a problem while never addressing the root cause.
They focus on Muslims, but not why they are here.
They focus on the media, but not who owns it.
They focus on corrupt politicians, but not who is paying them.
They focus on immigration, but not the rich who bring them for cheap labor.
They focus on crime, but never race.
They focus on women, but not who feminized them.
Conservatism is about channeling the justified outrage of the people into safe vectors that will never actually threaten those in power.
Conservatism is the ideology of managed decline.
Which is why it, as well as the root cause of these problems, need to go
@pati_marins64 Well, he is technically right when he says there are no fees.
What he does not mention: This will only last 60 days. After that, Iran can and will raise a few for the passage.
@BRICSinfo It's in the MOA - but limited to 60 days.
After that, there will be a few for passing.
The reason they put it in the MOA is so Trump can say exactly that: "There are no fees!"
Technically, he is right.
But he is deceiving.
@granawkins Although I agree with your sentiment, the argument that people don't have kids because of financial reasons doesn't hold up scrutiny.
The poorest countries have the highest birthrates - the riches countries have the lowest.
IRANIAN PRESIDENT: “If we did not have our defensive missiles, Israel and America would have plowed through Iran the way Gaza was plowed through, showing no mercy to the old or the young. They speak of human rights. It is a great lie.”
It’s a hard truth to hear, but it’s true.
@Glenn_Diesen Everything became narrative.
The truth is not important to these people - just how the majority perceives it.
At the end of the day, this is all ment to distract the masses from what the people In power are actually doing.
Bread & Games
This!
There is no intention to end the war from the US side.
All this rethoric, the back and forth, peace talks than threats - all just theater for the masses to keep them hanging on, while the agenda resumes in the background.
🇺🇸/IRAN The US-backed Israeli War on Lebanon is Part of the US War on Iran
▪️The US has, from 2024-2026 waged direct war on Iran either through its own military forces or those of Israel spanning both the Biden & Trump administrations;
▪️The US has also waged regional war on Iran for decades, attacking and toppling the nation of Syria culminating in war spanning 2011-2024, war on Ansar Allah in Yemen, and of course war on Hezbollah in Lebanon spanning the entire 21st century including a major US-sponsored Israeli invasion of southern Lebanon in 2006 and now again in 2026;
▪️This is one single war - not separate semi-related conflicts - which is why an "MOU" supposedly ending hostilities against Iran must include ending hostilities against Hezbollah in Lebanon;
▪️ A failure to end attacks on Hezbollah in Lebanon & forcing Israel out of Lebanese territory means that despite the "MOU" being signed - the US gets to continue its war on Iran simply via Israel against Iran's asymmetric regional defenses - winning a "breather" for itself while continuing to tighten the encirclement and isolation of Iran;
▪️This further proves the US seeks further war, not peace, and is seeking to manage the war's progress, not end it;
@KENNYKANCELLED I agree with many of your takes, but reviving old symbols will not help the cause.
It will only discredit yourself and make you an easy target.
