@SamsungUK Don’t ever buy Samsung Washing Machines! I am a long-time Samsung buyer (4TVs) but after buying a top model Washer, it burnt out its PCB & Motor after 3 yrs, and Samsung walked away from any repair costs!! Buy GERMAN!

@OpenreachHelp Really hacked off with Openreach - my phone & fibre broadband cut last Thurday am - still not fixed, no news, no engineers in sight! Stopping me working. TalkTalk tells me its Openreach accidental damage. Grrrrrrr!

A warning to all Hermes users out there - Customer "Support" are awful! Hermes smashed up a lovely watch case of mine during transit. I insured it with them.

They then 'played lawyers' with me over very precise words you use in your claim e-mail - be careful !!

@EE Andrew - yes it is. I was on the web page yesterday - but today - when I enter my logon details it does nothing except refresh and bounce me back to data entry time after time.

On iPhone - I get 'somethings gone wrong - we're trying to fix it Error Code 6BF4E
