@AirbnbHelp I decided to delete my account. I think AirBnB must be relying too heavily on AI and not taking steps to educate staff. I am amazed that a policy would allow support to close tickets without validating resolution. I am uncomfortable that fraud was met with such a lax response.

@AirbnbHelp My Airbnb acct was hacked. I have been trying to work with abnb reps to get this rectified. It has been a nightmare. The knowledge of the reps is lacking and they keep closing the support case without resolution. Pls help me get through to a competent person.
