@easyJetholidays Hi but they haven’t contacted me, it’s been 72 hours and absolutely no response from them. The pools are closed, I should have been told by easyJet and they are doing nothing to resolve this.

@easyJetholidays Hi Dan, I’ve sent you the information countless times via an DM and nothing happens, all they say is the pre travel team will contact me but they haven’t. I need to change hotels, who wants to go to Egypt on holiday and the pools and restaurant be closed???

@easyJetholidays Yep did that yesterday and also filled in the online contact form and also rang twice and have got no where- I need urgent confirmation if the pools are closed as the Hilton website clearly says that they are
