As a survivor of #CSA I was appalled.
@sammywoodhouse1 If there's one thing I've learned over decades of being a survivor of #CSA, it's that not many people care about anything other than what affects them. I've seen the same stories repeat themselves over and over again, people enabling this through sheer indifference.
@Sophiascrolls@MatthewCoast Totally agree, there's an unspoken deal going on all the time... whether people admit it or not. And then there are arranged marriages, which is totally about money. The only truly loving relationship, that involves no financial deal, is the one you have with yourself
@DrProudman So many people turn a blind eye to heinous conduct that the perpetrators are not just able, but actively assisted by others salve their own consciences. Meanwhile, victims are helped by no-one at all. I hope these men are made to feel like the scum they are, by all who know them
