Jan C

Dismissed by CITB for reporting sexual harassment/assault at work. Refusing to be silent. Happily married since 1984.

Views expressed are my personal views.

This is the reason women don't report sexual harassment at work. They end up with no career.

📢 Whistleblower Summit | UK Parliament | Monday 2nd November, 2pm–5pm

The APPG on Investment Fraud and Fairer Financial Services invites you to register your interest for a complimentary place at a special event in Parliament on the vital role whistleblowers play in society, and the need to protect them from retaliation.
The summit is dedicated to the memory of whistleblower Simon Andriesz, who took his own life after reporting retaliation by his former employer. His case featured on BBC File on 4 Investigates.

Simon had pleaded with the FCA for help, explaining that he and his family “were in crisis.”

His death has led whistleblowers around the world to unite in condemning the regulator. As far as we know, this is the first time whistleblowers worldwide have spoken out together on behalf of a fellow whistleblower.

Baroness Kramer has also spoken about Simon’s death in the Lords, and the case has received widespread media coverage.

🤝 Show your support for whistleblowers by attending.

🚨BILL GATES/BOURLA TRIAL: “These injections are a BIOLOGICAL WEAPON.”

“COVID-19 injections are LETHAL.”

“The global deployment of this biological weapon can only take place through the UNLAWFUL deception of the public on a global scale.”

“The defendants [including Bill Gates and Albert Bourla] are implementers of the ‘COVID-19: The Great Reset’ project and are GUILTY of this deception; they are therefore being sued individually in these proceedings.”

IMPORTANT!

The link below takes you to a Press Statement by the APPG on Investment Fraud and Fairer Financial Services entitled:

“WHISTLEBLOWERS AROUND THE WORLD UNITE IN THEIR CONDEMNATION OF THE UK’S FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY”

As you’ll see, it has an accompanying anthology.

As far as we know this is the first time whistleblowers around the world have spoken out together on behalf of a fellow whistleblower who has fallen.

They are speaking out against @TheFCA's decision to not move forward with a proper independent 3rd party investigation into their handling of the whistleblowing of Simon Andriesz R.I.P., and a wider systemic review of how they have dealt with other whistleblowers.

Instead, @TheFCA just wants to do a narrow, ‘mark their own homework’ exercise, which has caused outrage in some quarters.

You can access the press statement and accompanying anthology through this link:

Please do all you can share this important message.

We are all very grateful to everybody who has been working together to help @SAndriesz speak up, now that he can no longer do so himself.

Thank you!

Polygamy is illegal in the UK. Yet our welfare system pays out benefits to multiple spouses.

Conservatives @RicHolden helped introduce legislation to stop this today.

“Hester Bais, a Dutch lawyer and whistleblower who has exposed large-scale banking fraud involving interest-rate derivatives, added: “The proposal for just an internal FCA review troubles me deeply. The FCA’s proposal sends entirely the wrong signal. If a regulator can investigate itself whenever its own treatment of a whistleblower is questioned, then where does the whistleblower go when things have gone disastrously wrong?””

My house is sinking. All my independent reports show the insurer lied. The Financial Ombudsman Service @financialombuds investigator read only the blatant lies the insurer gave him.

@J_Robertson_UK @JohnKiriakou I reported sexual assault @ work. Instead of protection, I faced bullying, silencing & dismissal.

Why r whistleblowers punished while institutions protect themselves?

The question isn’t y we speak out. It’s y we’re made 2 pay such a devastating price 4 telling the truth.

@sooziverse I approached the GP practice to point out the error and was told that they could not amend my records, but they could add a note explaining why I disagreed.

[Jan C @LittleJanhere]

When I told my GP that I had been sexually harassed for more than 3 years at work, and then my colleague forced himself on me. I was crying and asked to be STI tested. She wrote in my medical notes that I'd had sex and regretted it in a moment of alcohol and weakness. I WAS SOBER

[Liza @Li33aaa]

I told my male doctor the pain during sex had gotten so bad I was avoiding intimacy. He told me to “relax more” and that most women just need to “get out of their heads.” I asked if he’d ever told a male patient with erectile dysfunction to just relax and stop overthinking. He looked at his chart. I got a new doctor the next week. Turns out I had a condition that required actual treatment.
